The ones at caster level 12 can be dispelled pretty easily in the standard way (it's a DC of 23 vs your caster level + d20), but you have a much smaller chance of hitting the the caster level 20 spells (DC of 31 vs your caster level + d20). There are two INT tomes, and one of every other tome except for WIS. DEX tome is loot from Playful, CHA tome is from , and the STR tome is from a hidden encounter that 99% of people miss because it's done in , after dimension door.
